With 17 years of expertise, we combine advanced technology with expert craftsmanship to deliver high-precision polishing and electropolishing solutions. With a capacity of 7,000 components per month, we handle components up to 200 cm diameter and 4000 kg in weight. Our facility is equipped with 35 flexible shaft grinders, 8 bench grinders, and cutting-edge quality control tools, including surface roughness testers (Ra measurement), magnifiers for visual defect detection, and precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy. Additionally, our GTAW welding facility allows us to rectify casting defects before polishing, providing a one-stop solution for industries requiring superior surface finishes.
